  • Stronger agent-event bridge matching

  • CI with pytest
  • Production DB + migrations (e.g. PostgreSQL, Alembic)
  • Logging, monitoring, backups

• Phase 3 — Product

  • Copy & i18n
  • Notifications / dashboards as needed

• Phase 4 — Legal

  • Counsel review of privacy & terms
  • Data processing agreements

• Phase 5 — Scale

  • CDN, rate limits, queues, multi-region if required
